Potion is an online marketplace for purchasing Magic: The Gathering cards. We provide a platform where users can browse, purchase, and receive trading cards shipped directly to them.
3. User Accounts
To make purchases, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Orders and Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping and taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.
5. Shipping
We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping information. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at hello@votacorp.com within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund at our discretion.
